Our Summer 2009 exam results continued our upward trend and confirm our status as one of the most rapidly improving academies in the country.
50% of students gained five or more A* to C grades including English and Maths, an improvement from 41% in 2008. We were especially pleased with students who took their GCSEs early, such as a class of 29 students in Year 10, all of whom gained an A or A* grade in their Maths GCSE.
We look forward to building on these results in 2010, when we will also be receiving our first set of AS Level results.
